40 Years Purani Property Jo Aj Tak Claim Ni Kar Pae kyoki mere grandfather in law ne buy ki thi uske baad unhe bina btaye thseldar ne bht baar wo property kis kis ko sell kri hume bi ni pta jabki original papers humare pass hai abi tak jab bi hum waha jate h tehsildar waha k khte hai jao ladai krke lelo property woh kuch bi ni kr skte ..mujh suggestion chahiye agr ap kuch suggestion de pao.
The best way to get your property is to engage an Advocate, and file a property case. I would advise against fighting or any other illegal means, for it may for the time being get you possession, but not title.

You need to take out one publication in the newspaper that this property is in favour XYZ person and if somebody has any claim against the property then you may contact XYZ person within 15 days. Agar koi claim nahi karta toh aap court jake partition and declaration apply karke uss property ke jitne bhi legal heirs hain ya agar kisi naam pe will hai toh woh uss property ko apne naam pe karwa sakta hai.
