What can be done legally? Please suggest. Indian law or Muslim Law app

16-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
I am a muslim. My father and mother was living with me. After my mother died my father married a woman in Burma and brought her to India in stay visa. Their marriage is not registered in India as she is a foreign national. I gave my father 10 lakhs and leased a separate house for him and his second wife. But the lease agreement was in my father's name. They had been living for couple of years. Once in 6 months they go to burma and come back as per visa regulations. Now my father died recently. Now the house owner is claiming her as the legal heir. And my father's second wife is also claiming the full leased money. What can be done legally?

First you need to find out whether the Burmese marriage is a valid and recognised one. Second, you can prove that it was you who paid the lease amount. Issue legal notice to the house owner to return the amount.
