Sir mere khilaf property case me 156/3 me fir hui thi jiski police ne investigation puru ker li or case false paya or f.R laga di police ne or sarey bayan le liye or report court me pesh ker di he court ne bhi sabke bayan le liye he or sabhi mere favour me he....ab akhri stage chal rahi he case ki lekin sir Meri job lag gai he to mujhe fir quashed katani he high court se....to sir kitna chance he ki high court fir quashed ker dega is case me

Sab apke waise hi favour mein hain, aur case mein akhiri stage chal rahi hai, to High Court ab is FIR ko quash nahin karega.

सबसे पहले तो अपने ये नह बताया कि आप पे मुकदमा किस ipc में चल रहा है 156/3 जिसकी आप बात कर रहे है वो crpc है जिसमे पुलिस मजिस्ट्रेट के आदेश के बाद जांच कर्त्ति है।आप पहले ये बताए आप की जांच किस विषय पे चल रही थी।और fir quashed करने के लिए आप हाई कोर्ट में crpc 482 में आवेदन दे सकते है। हाई कोर्ट आप पर चल रहे मुकदमे को खारिज करे न करे इस से आपके वर्तमान में चल रहे मुकदमे पर कोई असर नही पड़ेगा
