what are the daughters right to the ancestral property?

12-May-2023 (In Property Law)
Sir, my mother has filed a case for her right to the ancestral property which was inherited by her father and not earned by himself. Her father had died before 2005. So is it possible for my mother to win the case that she had filed and gain equal right on the property as similar to her brothers.

Each Civil case is different if the property is still in the name of her father. she has the legal right to get her share of the property. For more details the require documents should be verified such as Land Deed, rights of others etc

If the Father died without writing a will, a daughter being one of the legal heirs will get her share in the property of father. To know the exact share which she will be entitled is depends on the religion.
