Can you gift your brother a house?

You can give your property gift to any one as you like by gift registration only but giving your property to your loved family members are relatives is very much justified and you note that one's you give gift of the property u loss ur right on that and u note that gift to anyone for a good cause that was not fulfilled by them and u want to cancel that gift registration u cannot alone do it u both have to cancel it so pls be careful giving gift of property to any one
in your question you did not mentioned that you only purchased that apartment or it is devolved from you ancestor. if it is purchased by you and you have right to gift anybody, if it is devolved from the ancestor you can not gift it.
