Wants to construct a room on a khasmahal land living for 30 years

Sir. ..mera ghar khasmahal ke zamin par hai. .mujhe ghar par rahte hue 30 saal ho gaya hai. .Sir hm log ek chota sa room banana chahte hai ghar ke aagan area me. ..kya hum bna sakte hai room....

How have you taken ownership of the said land. If ownership and possession is legal then there is no embargo in occassioning construction. peacefully try to construct, if there is any problem then stop and take advise.

Respected Sir, I would like to say that aap khashmahal land par ghar bana sakte hai, he apko 30 years or lease par Malta hai.. Chuki, apki lease time paar kar raha hai, aap turant lease renewak ka application government department ko de or renew karaye, fir ghar banakar enjoy kar sakte hai..
