Wanted to get permanent stay to Garbage dumping Yard project by govt.

Is this possible to get permeant stay for the Garbage dumping yard project which is approved by Govt( panchayath govt ), as it located in middle of the residential area it may cause for people health, air pollution etc, and that is not the suitable place to make dumping garbage as there is no big road and no drainage facility.
Surround the place nearly 800 to 100 site/properties/home's are there.
need your suggestion, can we file a case against it ? can we get permanent stay.?

The person is obliged to inform the proper authorities about the event which may harm the environment. As to stop the Garbage Dumping Yard Project you can write an application get a sign from all the residents, regarding stay to the project to the competent Authority having stating the reason of how hazardous can be for the residential area.
