I moved to Australia in jan2021 on PR. I want to purchase a property in delhi my hometown but cant come to india as australian border are close due to covid. Is there is any way out

Hi,
You can give power of attorney to any of your family member or friend who will represent you before the concern registrar for registration of property in your name.
The power of attorney should be attested and sent to the concern person.

Hello,
I understand your situation so in that case you can give power of attorney to any nearest relative, who will help you to buying property in Delhi as a care taker, it should be mentioned that you are giving power to handling the property only, though Australian notary is accepted here which hard copy you can send through courier to your lawyer.
