Want to sell the plot already took the token money

I wanted to sell my plot took token 50000 and signed token receipt with revenue stamp, total property 1450000. In couple days informed dint want to sell, buyer demanding double token amount and threatening to file court case.
Agreement of sale is executory contract in nature.Time is the essence of the agreement of sale.During the subsistence of the agreement if you intend to sell to the other party, then the other party of the agreement of sale shall file a Specific performance suit...for whuch you and the purchaser in case u sell the property shall be at risk....
