You can execute a reverse transfer deed in favour of your parents. The son shall transfer the property in the same manner he has acquired from your parents pls contact me for further discussion. Ragads Akash gupta advocate.

yes, if the transfer deed was got registered by making false promise or/and fraudulently. parents can file a case to get it cancelled by filing of a case against the son. Civil Court have jurisdiction to set-aside such transfer deed.
