You will require following papers : Mother death certificate . Mother legal heir certificate. if there are other legal heir then there NOC and Affidavits. registry papers of property. aadhar & Pan card of u Nd ur mother. After that mitigation application has to be filed online and all docs has to be submitted in LDA online and offline. LDA will give u a letter that will be published in newspaper for public NOC then 35 days wait period will be there. If the are no objections Mutation will be done in ur name. further you can contact for entire process.
