You will require following papers :
Mother death certificate .
Mother legal heir certificate.
if there are other legal heir then there NOC and Affidavits.
registry papers of property.
aadhar & Pan card of u Nd ur mother.
After that mitigation application has to be filed online and all docs has to be submitted in LDA online and offline.
LDA will give u a letter that will be published in newspaper for public NOC then 35 days wait period will be there.
If the are no objections Mutation will be done in ur name.
