Want to know the right of mine in joint property

My late father in law,gifted the ground floor right to me.I have constructed 3 bhk on that by taking home loan. He have 2 daughters. My question is that who will be the owner of the ground floor. The elder daughter claiming that she has the right and telling that her father made an will ,where he transfer the right to jer but till now she is unable to show the deed and she is not agreeing for sharing 50
.50 with her younger daughter .The younger daughter is my wife
since your father in law has gifted the property to you and you had taken home loan and constructed 3bhk on that property if any civil suit will be then you can prove that you were gifted and invested money in making the building
