Want to know about the distribution of deceased mother's property

Hello sir, mother k naam ki property h, mother ko expire huye 1 year ho gya h. Abhi b property me unka hi naam h. Hum 4 sister brother h. Hum Janna chahte h ki property me malikana huq kiska or kitna hoga. Or abhi bhi mother ka naam property meh h to isse koi problem to nhi hai.
yah ki property aap ki mother ke naam thi. as par law aap sabhi ka 1/5 malikana huq he property par . tehsil me ja kar aap mother ka death certificate dede ki property par aap sabhi ka adhikar ho jaega jise mutation kahate he.

First of all you have not explained about your father. and in any property if it is in your mother name than also shall be equally distributed among you and your sisters & brother. If it is the land / plot you may go for mutation in you all name. and for details i would like to know ablout the kinds of property and location.
