Want to challenge Register will

25-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
My father(2007) and mother(2015) already expired, we are 5 children ( 2 brothers and 3 sisters). Now my brothers are telling that they have a registered will in which my Dad has divided the property in my brothers name with equal rights. Can I challenge this will ? Chances of winning? Time required? Looking for your advice Regards Amit

you have very bright chances of winning the case, in case the property remained, for the time being, with the mother till her death as per the will. As your mother died after your father death and property belonged to your father, law is there to help you. We need to read the will as thats the most important thing.
