File a partition suit claiming your share of your father's property and in that event your brothers will produce the will/deed executed and registered by your father, if any,

if your brothers cannot file any such document then it will be easier for you to get your share of your father's property.

yes if your father hasn’t left any WILL nor he did any other deed in favour of anyone nor if u haven’t relinquished ..nor it’s the matter of HUF then all 04 of u have 1/7th share each in the property … u need to file suit for partition n possession for your share

If your father and mother died intestate i.e., without a will, then in that case you all being the living legal heirs have equal share in the property. You can either enter into a family settlement and divide the property amicably amongst each other or if one of the legal heirs is not ready for the partition then you can file a partition suit in the court of law.

Hello,

If your parent’s properties ( Mother/father/both) were self acquired, and they passed away intestate without making a will, You along with your three sisters may file a suit for partition before the District Court or Delhi High Court, depending upon the value of Suit properties.
