Want expert legal advice to evict elder son from my own residential pr

My mother owns a residential property (purchased and constructed a house solely by her money) She wants to evict her elder son from her property. Additional points This elder son is kind of defaulter in nature. Alcoholic, Abuser, involve in violence. Leaving separately for 8 years before his marriage in August 2020 because of the same problem and a complaint/case on him regarding the same in around 2011. (But it was booked with minimal charges just as for preventive measures) So far we have tried to disowned him by published ads in 2 newspaper in Hindi and English Also, We have a affidavit for same from a advocate and shared the copies with local police station.
