Wall got damaged after few months of possession, what to do

Hi, I recently bought an apartment near manimangalam. After few months of position into my house, the wall got damaged without any reason. If my builder resists to repair it, can I take any legal action against him on this issue.Please guide me

naturally,the building will take one year for setting and lot of air cracks and other minor repair will come.
it is the routine practice of the builder to patch up and minor repair work on handing over the flat after 12 months
the distember work also will be carried out after the above
mentioned is free of cost inclusive of the building cost.
you remind him and refer other builders for the clarification
send a letter to him stating crack and other repair as when it comes
and ask to rectify all the works
the association as a unit must involve in this. you can also move to consumer court, if it is not done.

You can seek your legal remedy through consumer forum, since the building is not up to the mark, for the reason of deficiency in service, negligence on the part of the builder and the mental agony sustained by you.
