VRO mistakenly entered my land under endowment how can I correct it

Hello, 4 years back VRO mistakenly entered my land of 3 acres under endowment. I have been trying since then and half the process is completed.Govt authorities are postponing the else part and my father, farmer is struggling a lot to get loan. But by the above issue he is unable to. I decided to move by the court. Please let me know how to file and in which court.

In the instance, since your land wrongly recorded by VRO.
1. Firstly you submit an application for land survey, to find out your land according to your documents.
2. Basing on survey reports, you submit application to the revenue authorities for any correction.

you should file a suit for declaratory title and injunction against the endowments in the district court where the property is situated.
In the said suit, you should also implead the collector and commissioner of endowments as the matter will then be speeded up in the court and court proceedings will be conducted faster since the collector is impleaded.
