Violation of our privacy by contruction of an automobile showroom

Sir a car showroom is being constructed in front of our house. Yes they have left around 6 feet space free. But sir they have built a staircase behind the building from which insides of our house is clearly visible and it really effects our privacy as we now can't stay in our backyard anyway we wany as people are using that staircase a lot. And now they are even planning to build a window on our side. Sir i want to know can we legally tell them to remove the staircase and stop them from construction of the window on our side.
You need to understand that this is no violation of privacy laws. As per your own query you say that the construction is done as per the law. To avoid and stay like earlier you can always cover the backyard with something so that no one can have a look inside
