Varisan certificate process and fees and from where it is applied

I am Hindu Family. I am having House(awas vikas parisad) in city area, purchased jointly in my name and my brother. My brother is no more. His wife and son are alive. We want to sell our house. Purchaser wants varisan certificate of my brother(diseased)dependents to take loan from bank and make payment to us. What wil be the process of getting varisan and fee structure.

As you have written in your problem that you and your brother had bought a house together and your brother has died and after his death he left his wife and child, you can tell which one of yours is in the house. If you want to sell it, you need a succession certificateFor this you will have to go to the tehsil which is your tehsil and apply for the succession Certificate
