Dear client, based on your question If you purchase the property this year but the original sale deed contains your signature, this suggests you may have been involved in the transaction process. In order for you to understand, whether your Registered Sale Deed can be termed as valid or not, I have to scrutinize it minutely by going through all its contents. Third Party without getting support of the concerned Authorities cannot do anything in this matter.
