Validity of Injuction Orders obtained

Dear Sir / Madam,nnAs my neighbour land owner creating problem, I got Temprary Injuction orders in July 2023 for my agricultureal land.nnMy neighbour land owner also approached the same court in the Feb 2023 and got a ne injuction order for th same (hiding the facts about my Injuction order for the same property).I came to know that the court cannot issue two injuction ordr to both parties (if the court knows the fact). Can I approach the Court for cancellation of His Orders?
hi first need to see the orders passed by the two courts and which one is first obtained and based on that you could file petition to set aside the injunction order as it is obtained by fraud and concealment of earlier orders passed by the court or could go in appeal

First of all who files the case and got the injunction order came he can get the right. Here you mentioned as in July 2023 ( I think 2022). If it is right you can file a suit under section 11 of C.P.C (same cause of action to file a suit is treated as res-judicata). already orders you can move to apex court for cancel the lower court order through writ.
