Q: Cheque bounce and not returning money

Someone given me cheque which is bounced four years ago .After that he is taking time to return money.But now is refusing to return money.Is there any legal procedure to go for this case?

Q: University hold original certificates

I had discontinued my engineering studies in middle from health problems and financial difficulties. I have tried to get my original 10th and intermediate certificates from college but there are asking full payment and its been 19yrs from my date of joining

The University Grants Commission (UGC) has issued a warning to universities and colleges against the retention of original documents of admitted students and non-refund of fees in case an admission is withdrawn within one month. As per reports, the higher educational institutions will be penalised with a withdrawal of affiliation and deemed status, and barred from receiving any assistance from the UGC if they fail to follow the directive. first complaint to the UGC they will take necessary action or give a legal notice to the principal of college through lawyer and explain it with your health issues.

Among the heirs are children, spouses, grandparents, siblings, and parents. It is possible for heirs to contest a Will if they do not get a proportionate share or are omitted from inheritance. As the major beneficiaries, they can legally challenge the Will. file a suit for partition.

DK ల్యాండ్ అనగా దరఖాస్తు ల్యాండ్ (పేద ప్రజలకు కొరకు వ్యర్థ భూములను వ్యవసాయ మరియు వ్యవసాయేతర అవసరాల కోసం ప్రభుత్వం ఇచ్చే భూమి). సదరు భూమిని కొనుటకు, అమ్ముటకు అనుమతి లేదు. కానీ వారసత్వంగా పొందవచ్చు. అమ్ముటకు ప్రయత్నిస్తే సదరు పట్టా చెలకపోగ రద్దువుతుంది (ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ల్యాండ్ (ప్రోహిబిషన్ అండ్ ట్రాన్స్ఫర్స్) ఆక్ట్ ప్రకారం). రిజిష్టర్ అవ్వదు. ఒక వేళ అయితే చట్టప్రకారం చెళ్లకపోగా రద్దు అవుతుంది. వారసులకు సమాన హక్కులు ఉంటాయి.

A gift, once completed, is binding on the donor. It cannot be revoked by him, unless the property has been taken from him by fraud or undue influence. According to Article 59 of the Limitation Act, 1963, a person who seeks to have the Gift Deed canceled (the plaintiff) has three years from the day she learns of the fact that entitles him to do so to have the Gift Deed cancelled or set aside.
