Unregistered GPA and SA, Afiidavit, Receipt of consideration

My father purchase property through unregistered GPA, SA, Affidavit, Payment Receipt. From baba ji in year 1989. Is it valid title?

Hi,
I t depends upon year n circumstances maybe at that any thing was ok but now everything has to be in order so you should try to get proper documentation done otherwise it can not be sold or transfered latter u ll have problems.

Such sales are called GPA sales …in this title is never transferred but you are safe bcoz of consideration price !
If property is valid than u can sell or execute any other deed

Yes it is a valid title or sale deed notarise sale this is valid if it is of before 2012 after 2012 it is mandatory that are sealed it should be registered sealed it registered before 2012 or valid title document

If the property is transferred vide unregistered GPA, ATS, Receipt, Possession Letter, Will, prior the year 1999, the these documents have evidentiary value and are admissible in the Court of Law. You have the valid Possessory Title.
