My father purchase property through unregistered GPA, SA, Affidavit, Payment Receipt. From baba ji in year 1989. Is it valid title?

If the property is transferred vide unregistered GPA, ATS, Receipt, Possession Letter, Will, prior the year 1999, the these documents have evidentiary value and are admissible in the Court of Law. You have the valid Possessory Title.
