Unmarried male intestate's property

Can I claim my grandfather's brother's property? My father, grandfather and his brother (property owner) all died. My father's siblings are alive.

A person died intestate then his properties are distributed among his legal heir's. if he is hindu the first distributed among class1 heirs. wife childten and mother. if they are not live then goes to class2 heirs

You have not posted the requisite facts. Admittedly, your grandfather's brother is no longer alive. Who is in possession /occupation of the property? What is the personal law applicable? And, accordingly, who all are the legal heirs?
