Transfering my share of property to wife and sons

I want to remove my name from joint flat with wife and to make either 100 percent to wife or with son
Easiest and simplest way to do without going registrar office, Pune . I dont reside at Pune. Gift dded or any other with minimum charges.
Procedure to remove name and charges
I any way either you are going to execute relinquish deed for relinquishing your right, or to make gift deed or sale deed or by any other mean you have to visit Registration office to execute the same and have to pay appropriate stamp or you can give power of attorney to someone.

If you want to make proper document then you will have to visit office of registration. If you dont want to come you can execute power of attorney in any of your relatives. he or she will execute document on your behalf.
you have 2 easy options either you can go for release deed or you can go for gift deed.
