Transfer of property from the name of grandfather

Hi , I want to know my grandfather father have property in his village meshana Gujarat, 2 year back he sold property in 80 lack after distribute in grandfather brother and other he got near 20 lack buy now my grandfather and grandmother past. My aunty's take secretly fingerprints on cheque of my grandmother.And take all money my father and uncle (chacha) is also not in my favour now we have one my property I want to sale that and what my right.so what can I do.plz suggest me. And in next property there some complications to sale. Like the property is on my grandfather's father name they all are no more now how can we transfer that property on others name.if there is any solution plz let me know. Thx
