transfer of nomination form name

My father has nominated my mothers name and my name in nomination form .his being first,now father is no more so we want to remove his name and put mothers name as first the society chairman refuses to do it , what to do ? thanks.
you have to legal heirship for claiming deceased property rights either by probate or legal administration from bombay high court. if your father has left any will then accordingly we can either go for probate and if not then we can go for letter of administration from Honorable Bombay High Court.
