Transfer of immovable property by a company to its directors

Is it possible for a company (pvt ltd) to gift immovable property ( residential) to its directors. What will be the tax impact of the same, both, on the company as well as on the said directors.

You will get proper advice on this issue from your chartered accountant. This transaction is involve issue related to income tax and you have to also consult to the your company secretary to know the impact of it in respect of laws applicable of MCA.
