Transfer of flat ownership from mother to my wife

Dear Sir/MadamI have a 3BHK flat which is joint ownership with myself and my mother. The property has home loan from HDFC Ltd and original sale deed is mortgage to bank until loan is paid in full.I wish to know how I can transfer ownership from my mother to my wife as my mother is very old. Please guide me what will be the process.Until loan is paid in full to HDFC, I will not get the original sale deed although I have a certified copy of the sameThanks & Regards,nSukanta Chakraborty
no you cannot transfer the name of ownership now as the total amount of loan is not paid by you to the HDFC bank and your original deed papers are mortgaged to bank until loan amount is paid after completion you can go for change in ownership name what is your jurisdiction....
