Transfer of ancestral property

26-Feb-2025 (In Property Law)
My father's grandfather earned some property and transferred it to my father's mother. While my grandmother was alive, she intended to specify that it should be given to my father. My grandfather is still alive and also agrees with this decision. However, my uncle has sent a notice claiming that he also has rights to the property.

hi first need to see the contents of the notice received from your uncle and then you could send reply notice it is denying all the allegations and that he is not liable for any share in the property which is being claimed now

It is first of all self acquired property or ancestors property should be known If it is self squired then both has ownership If it’s ancestors then rule applies Hindu succession law If grand mother still alive she had the rights to excute will , she has the whole rights
