Top floor flat Owner ne terrace par lock laga diya h Police complaint bhi kar di but no action taken My Question is Kya top floor owner lock laga sakte hai Ab kya kia jana chahiye

Advocate Sudesh Kumar (PG-MBA London, LLB, LLM) ke anusar top floor flat owner terrace par lock nahi laga sakta kyunki terrace sabhi residents ki 'Common Area' hoti hai aur fire safety ke lihaaj se bhi ise block karna illegal hai Agar police action nahi le rahi hai toh aap Society Resident Welfare Association (RWA) me formal complaint karein ya Civil Court se injunction order (stay order) ke liye legal notice bhej sakte hain. Is mamle me strong legal notice drop karne aur aage ke legal action ke liye aap mujhse direct consultation appointment book kar sakte hain taaki aapko sahi samadhan mil sake.

go to the civil court and file a suit for injunction we have to see the injunction will mandate what to do then there after that followed up of the decree then you can see kya katna chahiye what is the matter

यह फ्लैट जिस सोसाइटी में है उसके सचिव से मिलकर तत्समय सोसाइटी के नियम और शर्तों को पूरा पढ़े और टॉप फ्लैट वालो के लिए उनके खरीददार मालिक को यह लिखित में रजिस्ट्र कराया गया था या नहीं , अगर ऐसा नहीं है तो सोसाइटी के सचिव या फ्लैट मालिक को नोटिस देकर जवाब मांगा जा सकता है और कानूनी कार्यवाही भी की जा सकती है
