To make ancestors property on our name

Hindu Family, We are 6 brothers seperated in 1984, 4 brothers have their own seperate registered property on their name but we 2 are living in our ancestors house and on this property all 6 brothers names are included,I want to make the property on my own name,out of 6 brothers 4 are not alive now and their nominees are not responding well now. The vatnipatra is on Rs.5 stamp paper in 1984 includes names of all brothers but not registered in front of tahsildar,so give me a way to make house on my name by removing the names of other brothers.
you can file suit for declaration of ownership on the basis of 5 rupees stamp paper.
but that proof is not sufficient reason is that's time paper is not registered one if you have position over that property since long then you have good score.
if legal Heirs of your brother are ready to give no objection or release of rites then it will be easy for you get that property in the name of you .
