My father has left a registered will in which he has given me his flat where he was residing.Please guide how to get the title transferred in my name.The will was registered in Delhi

there are two ways to proceed
1st getting this will probate in court which will take atleast six months and court fee..
For 2nd / other way out which is much cheaper can only be ascertained if you provide me with certain details of property and your siblings.
