Tenant Problem

We have given a commercial property in main bazaar to a tenant but that person is not able to pay rent on time and in order make payments that person has further given entrance front on rent to street vendors without our permission. So , at present we have a dispute with tenant in same regards and that person not ready to leave the property giving threats of filling the case in court. Kindly suggest how we can get rid illegal Street vendors along with this trouble some tenant without getting into legal trouble. Need to mention police not taking any action against Street vendors.

We advise you to get the legal notice issued to the lessee thereby terminating the lease on account of contravention of the terms and conditions of the lease agreement. In case after the notice also they allow the street vendors to sit there and does not pay your rent, we will file a civil suit for eviction.
