The Managing Committee of a Residential Complex having 1000+ residents is seeking simple-majority vote that'd according to them would authorize them to build a temple on internal-road on Un-Divided Share of Land.
Society By-Laws state that any structural / Land-usage change requires Voting participation from at least 25% of the members.
Q1. Can a Simple-Majority vote take away / over-ride an individual flat-owner's unhindered unobstructed access to any portion of Un-Divided Share of Land ?
