Surrender of Succession Rights

01-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
My father died without a will and has two children - myself and my sister. My sister has no interest in his inheritance and wants me to be appointed as the sole successor and legal heir even though she is also a legal heir / potential successor. What is the process by which I can become the sole successor/legal heir and she can surrender all her rights, irrespective of any movable/immovable assets?

Your question is whether I can take good movable property from sister as she is refusing to take her shareIn relation to movable property, you will need a succession certificate, in which you should get a no-objection from your sister and in relation to immovable property, you should get your sister to relinquish the title or get their share deed in your favor.

firstly you have to ready a legal heir certificate after that you can move a petition of successor appoint in front of court then the court decide the rights in that property. Your Sister also filled a No objection certificate in the court
