My signatures forged on agreement to sell. Suit for specific performance pending. Can I sell the property to some other person? I am a Christian.
No you cannot sell the above property .....till the time the suit is decided you cannot sell the property ....although tou can make an mortgage the above said property to any pther person.

Sir, if the suit is pending and stay regarding alienation is obtained by the opposite party than you cannot sell your property and if it is not so than you are free to sell your property. Religion does not make any difference.

Technically you can not sell if the dispute for same property is sub- judice before the court else it would be against the ethics even if there is no status co-order by the court and a moral turpitude it self.
