Suggestion regarding properry dispute

My father got deceased on 30/06/2021. He was staying at the house registered in my name. My mother also died on 19/10/2021. Now my question is if I have to sell the property, should I obtain noc from my siblings?

if the home is been registered in your name means you can sell direcly.

but if your siblings are ready for NOC also you can keep it as additional documents.

is the documents like that it is the selfie owned property of you then there is no and no she should be obtained from the siblings even your father and mother has no right in the property still the property stands in your name is absolute about it and powerful discussed property

The property can be divided into equal shares among your father's legal heirs. All legal heirs together can execute a partition deed and register the same at the sub-registrar office. If your sisters cannot come in person then they can engage Power of attorney to submit the document for registration.
