Sucession certificate needed if property is nominate equally

If the property is equally nominated than does one have to go through the process of succession certificate.Also the banks money and the insurance money ill go to the nominee than can the other legal hire ask a claim on the same
yes other legal heir can ask for the claim and otherwise the process of succssion certifcate has to be done and it has to be done thorugh court then only the property can be transffered in your name and equally other heris can claim it
