a man create a will in the name of his wife and died but before execution of will wife also died how can the property divided.
as you have stated the issue is here is vwry critical condition of interstate death and both spouse died without ant will or rd in this matter court is the only option right now to get property devided legally no other option

The property will be divided among the living legal heirs of the wife but, if in case, if the wife has died before the man who executed the will then in that the will becomes invalid and in that case the property will be divided amongst the living legal heirs of the testator.
