after my husband death , need to file succession certificate to claim insurance , pf , gratuity amount from his company because my father in law is nominee . from my inlaws whose NOC is required
In order to obtain succession certificate, you need to file a petition seeking prayer for grant of succession certificate, parents shall be respondent in the petition, they will give NOC to your claim, make such statement in court, at the end you have to pay court fee on the amount on which you are seeking succession certificate, engage and consult a good lawyer, you may consider me also.

For a succession certificate you need to file a petition and the class-1 legal heirs will be included in the same, who will get the share in all the assets as mentioned by you. Your father-in-law being a nominee has a duty to distribute the amount amongst the class-1 legal heir, as nominee’s role is like a trustee.
In case you want all those assets to be transferred in your name, then you will require a NOC from all the living class-1 legal heirs.
