Still not got possession of my plot what to do.

19-Dec-2023 (In Property Law)
I have a plot measuring 239 sq yds in era sec 08 palwal for which i had an agreement in sep2011 and i paid their total amount in 12 months installments as per payment plan and payment demand without any delay but i have no possession from the company as yet after 5 years of aggreement date. In jan 2015 IFCI took over the entire 90 acres of township and sealed the gates. Now the company is not willing to give possession but is telling to go to lokadalat and get the possession order without informing the judge about IFCI and its mortgage of the land against a loan of 150 crores. In that case the judge will order the possession unknowingly of IFCI role but when IFCI will get to know about the lokadalat order they may challenge the order in higher court because they also have a right over the land. What to do in this case ?please help.

Sir, You can go to consumer court for relief and at the same time approach the criminal court against the builder for not revealing the complete facts at the time of selling the plot, and initiate the criminal case under different sec of IPC

In this situation you are refering to the best course would be to move for liquidation of company as it appears in bad shape of finances. You can get either the property or money back when all assets and liabilities are acconted for by the company court.
