A testing witness It seems that your grandmother has executed a registered will in your favour so in this case you have to file a probate petition or what we call letter of succession in the concerned court. Please also make sure that you are having one of the a testing witnesses because we might need them at the time of evidence thank you

In this case you can either get the Will probated and get the letter of administration and get the property transferred or if the property is situated in Delhi then probation is not mandatory and you can take NOC from any other legal heir existing and get the property transferred. For any further legal assistance please feel free to contact Thanks

You need to get the will probated before the Court and once the Probate Court passes an order that the will is genuine, then get the property mutated in your and your brother's name. The genuineness of the Will is needs to be proved first.
