Specific performance case filed on my purchased property

Hi iam innocent third party owner plaintiff is asking specific performance and they add me as d2 in unregistered sale agreement now wat I have to do?I don't want to spend money on this bcz I don't know anything plz help me

You cannot be just absent after a notice is served - you need to defend yourself because if you keep away you may lose the property. So, see also whether the seller is defending well - some de not fight because their money is paid.

You have to contest the case because you are Bonafide purchaser and you have to prove you are not aware about the disputes between plaintiff and other defendants and seeking alternative remedies like refund/ execution of sale deed etc otherwise court may pass adverse orders
