Legally a registered Deed is a valid Sale Deed. Heavy burden lies upon the plaintiff to prove that his mother was not mentally sound / capable. Further, the mere fact that the 2nd son is the nominee, itself suggests that there is some differences. Technically it is difficult for him to prove his case.

Respected Sir,
Mai apko ye batana chahta hui ki agar apki mai ne koi property kharidi jo ki unka kud ka arjit dhan se kharidi gai hai to koi bhi claim nahi kar sakta unka property mai jabtak wo apne man se kisi ko nahi de. Agar wo property apke pita ne kharidi hai to ish case mai bade bete ka bhi share hota hai. Question thoda clear nahi hai.. Aspasht question likhe taki mai ache se apko kanooni sahaykta de saku.
