You can file a Case before Co-Operative Court. Take this matter before the Registrar of Societies. Registrar of Societies or Co-operative Court will appoit an Auditor and he will investigate the accounts of the Society including the Maintenance funds & expenses of Society from such funds. Thus, after his investigation, culprrits will be exposed and they can be held liable to return back the money to Society with Interest if they have done any fraud.

Dear client it is mandatory duty of the office bearers of society to open current account of society in any co-operative bank at the time of registration of society..the office bearers of ur society must be hiding this fact...as per law maintenance should be collected into the account of society only .. You can file a complaint before Dy registrar co-operative society against the illegal act and maintenance of society by the office bearers. so kindly initiate complaint against ur office bearers.

First write a letter to the managing committee to show the accountS maintained by them for the money received from the members and in the meanwhile write a letter to the registrar for the same and inform that the committee has filed and neglected to open an official account of the Society for the last two years
