Sister not wiling to give me my share in the property as per Will.

I am 25% beneficiary of my mothers will. My sister is the executrix of my mothers estate i and I have given my POA to her. She however refuses to cooperate and is keeping my share of the disbursement and refuses to communicate with me. What options do I have?
It is not clear that you are from which city as in cities like pune there is no need to get probate from court so first check it out whether probate is required. Second you cancel the Power of attorney given to her and file civil suit for declaration and injunction

1. Obtain a probable of the will.
2. If probate of the will has already been obtained, then initiate contempt of court proceedings. It is well settled that to disregard a probate would amount to contempt of Court.

First of all, you need to file suit for declaration of your ownership and cancellation of POA. You must also inform these facts in writing to police That how you have bee cheated.,and keep all the acknowledgment. Still if it doesn't work then file criminal case for cheating and breach of trust. You will get all the positive results.
