Sister filed a case against us for share father transferred it to us

My sister has filed a case against us for a share, but the father has given a prize letter and has done all properties in my name.what do you think is it safe yes or no

If prize letter is registered then not to be worried, she wont win d case. If prize letter is not registered then she also has the right in property pf her father.

Prize letter has to be perused. If during life time of your father the property is gifted to you under a registered deed of indenture and the transfer is valid in law than your sister cannot challenge..
However in your case other details and documents will have to be perused

If the property is a self acquired property of your father and he has given his rights in your favour then your sister cannot claim any share in the property, but if the same is an ancestral property she does have the right claim share in the said property.
