Hi,

OC means Occupancy Certificate - this certificate is given when the BBMP approval is given for the construction. So if there is no OC it means that the BBMP approval is not there.

If there is no OC then you will not get Khatha !!

Cc and oc are the statutory approvals which the builder should obtain and provide it to the customer once they purchase apartment. For khata commencement certificate, occupancy certificate are essential. And overall the documents related with the property needs to be legally verified. Please feel free to contact me

Sir,

Please go through all document and the mother deeds of the property and take appropriate opinion with any advocate before buying. Each and every document is important. Please take Encumbrance of 15 years of the proposed property. verify the title deeds...

Then Go for Khatha.
